How do I get a refund of monthly charges I didn’t know I was going to get ?

You can contact our Customer Care Team to request a refund. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, discuss the inquiry, and see what's possible. They can be contacted while you're signed in.
 

Here's how:
1. Use your Help (?) option.

2. Choose Contact us.

3. In the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) field, explain what you're reaching out about.
4. Click Continue.
5. You'll see a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
