How do i get a report on all paycheck for all my people including subcontractors.

Good morning itsc-businessops,

 

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Great question. Currently, there isn't a report that would include all paychecks for employees and subcontractors. However, I have a workaround. You can run the Paycheck History or Payroll Summary by Employee and export it to Excel and the Check History Report and export that too. From there, merge the reports and customize them to your liking. Here is how to find the reports and export them to Excel.

 

  1. Go to the Report Tab.
  2. In the Find report by name bar, type the report (s) as mentioned above.
  3. Make adjustments such as changing the dates and so forth if necessary. 
  4. Select the Share option to choose Export to Excel.
  5. Follow the same proceeds for the second report and make customization in Excel.
