How do I get my old data back? App is only showing info from last 24 hours. Bookkeeper can see everything but I can't.

Samsung Galaxy 5 is the device I'm using. That hasn't changed.

There are reasons why we encountered such behavior in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Let me help you in fixing this.


Please note that using an older version of the app and device's operating system will result in an error. You'll want to update them. Visit the App Store to install the new version of the QuickBooks Online mobile app.


Also, you'll want to clear the cache cause it can cause unusual behavior to the app. Go to the Settings, select Help & Feedback, then click Refresh Data.


If the same thing happens, I suggest you uninstall the app, then reinstall it.
