Question

How do I get reports in QBO to show the full report on the screen so I don't have to scroll over to see parts of it?

I have ways to view the report fully in QuickBooks, @Wendy11_2. And happy to share the steps with you.

I'll make sure that you view your reports in your account on full screen. This way, you don't have to scroll to see parts of them.

Option 1: I'd recommend clicking the hamburger icon located on the upper left side. See the sample screenshots below for your reference:

Option 2: Adjust the size page. Hold the Ctrl key and press the (zoom in) (zoom out) key. If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard, then scroll the wheel upwards and downwards.

In addition, you have the option to remove unimportant columns by clicking the Customize button. Then uncheck the box under Rows/Columns to eliminate other columns.

Let me know if you need help running and customizing reports in QuickBooks. I look forward to serving you to the best of my ability. Take care, Wendy.
