Welcome to the Community, @rsvouk8.

For me to provide the best resolution for you, can you please share additional information about what you mean by the split screen? Are you referring to a specific page of the QuickBooks Online mobile app? Could you please provide more information about the particular type of window or user interface you are referring to?

Also, it would be great if you could include some screenshots so that I can get a better picture of it and share the best solution.

I'd appreciate any additional details you can provide. I’m looking forward to your reply.

We are using an iPad to make invoices, then printing them. Up until recently, only one screen was up at a time. Then forced updates changed that, and the screen can be split three times to show business info, listing invoices in another, then an invoice in the third. It makes it smaller and more steps to accomplish what was easier before. Here are two pictures. It doesn't happen on the iPhone only the iPad.

We appreciate you for getting back and for clarifying your concern, @rsvouk8. Let us help you with the split screen you're experiencing when using QuickBooks on iPad.

Since the split screen view is not doing well on your end, you can uninstall and reinstall QBO and see if it still has the same view once redownloaded. If the problem persists, you can access your QuickBooks account using Safari or another mobile app to continue your work without any interruptions caused by the split-screen view. Moreover, I highly recommend that you contact our support team to investigate this issue further. The team can provide a proper solution to ensure you and other customers have a comfortable experience while using QuickBooks on iPad.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. In the lower right corner of the screen, click Menu.
  2. Select Help (?) in the upper right corner and choose Ask QB assistant a question.
  3. Enter your concern and Send it.

On the other hand, you can scan this article material to have a guide when personalizing your invoices using the QBO app: Customize invoices on the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Let us know if you need additional assistance with split-screen experience in QBO using an iPad. We're here to help. Take care!
