HOW DO I GET RIDE OF THE "TRY ADDING TAGS" POPUP. IT IS ALWAYS IN MY WAY..

If you're using the web browser, let's start with using a private window, threeriversps.

You can follow the private browser's shortcut keys below:

• For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
• For Internet Explorer press Ctrl+Shift+P.
• Firefox press press Ctrl+Shift+P.
• For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

If you're still seeing the pop-up for Tags feature, I recommend checking with our QuickBooks Self-Employed support to check if there's something they can do.

1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
2. Type Talk to a human.
3. Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
