How do I give my team access without admin rights? I've setup custom roles

I've tried to setup my team using various user types and roles and only admin rights gives them access to process payments. The custom roles are a joke and I can't restrict access on as needed basis to many areas of QB.

Hello @Medexhco, I'll share details about users and access permissions.

 

In QuickBooks Online, a user with limited access to the supplier's activity only cannot access any of the categories. And a user needs Admin rights to access the online payments processing.

While the option is not yet possible, you can send and discuss this as a request directly to our developers via feedback. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under PROFILE, select Feedback.
  3. Enter a few describing how you wanted access to online payments for custom users.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Click Skip and send message.
