How do I invite an accountant to work on my quick books online?

Let me help you add your accountant to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, userhapizzaman.

We'll need to make sure you have the master admin access for us to invite your accountant. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, click Manage users.
3. Select the Accounting firms tab.
4. Enter the accountant's email address and click the Invite button.
5. Press Save.

They'll receive an email invitation with instructions on how to accept it. If your accountant doesn't have a QuickBooks Online Accountant, there's also a link for how to sign up.
