How do I locate and download Archived files, specifically forms 941, W-2 and 1099 reports?

Hi there, Jim. I'm happy to walk you through the instructions in locating and downloading the tax forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To get it sorted, let's go to the Taxes menu and see the archived forms. I'll guide you with the steps below:
 

1. Go to the Taxes tab on the left side.
2. Choose Payroll Tax.
3. Click the View and Print Archived Forms hyperlink under Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Forms one at a time.
4. Then click Preview. Once viewed, you can click the Download icon at the upper right corner of the page.
