How do I make shared documents uploaded to Live Bookkeeping available to my Accountant?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community for support. I hope you're enjoying the day so far. 

You'll want to make sure you and your accountant use the Shared documents tab to manage the files you've shared with one another. Since your accountant doesn't see the uploaded documents, let's go over some steps to upload them and how your accountant can view them. This way, we can ensure we aren't missing any steps. 

How to upload: 

1. On the left panel, click My Accountant.
2. Click the Shared documents tab.
3. Select Upload.

For accountant to view: 

1. Select the client's name from the Go to client's QuickBooks drop-down list.
2. On the left panel, click My Accountant.
3. Click the Shared documents tab.
4. Find and click the document to open.
