Question

How do I make the "Cash Flow" Money in/out graphing stop showing "projections?" I need to see reality, not assumed reality.

I also want to provide real-time and realistic data to tell you about the different aspects of your business, @userminottic4.

One of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) system's features is to make the Cash Flow Money in/out graphing to display your business projections. Currently, the option to stop it from showing isn't available.

However, you can either visit the Business overview menu from the QBO Dashboard or pull up the Profit and Loss and other transaction reports to see the real-time and realistic data flow of your business.

For your reference on how to visit the Business overview menu from the QBO Dashboard, you can check out the screenshot below.

In case you opt to run the Profit and Loss and other financial and/or transaction reports, you can refer to this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online. You can customize the report you want to focus on the details that matter to you the most. Then, memorize them to save their current customization settings for future use.

Also, I'm adding these articles to learn more about the cashflow chart on your QBO homepage and get all the details for everything in the Cash Flow menu:

Let me know if you have other cash flow concerns or inquiries about managing your money in/out transactions in QBO. You can drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @userminottic4.
