How do I merge multiple companies or cancel one and keep one.

Hi @userkatyskardsllc , you couldn't merge 2 company in 1 file. If you want to, enter it manually into the data that you want to keep. If you want to use a single log in credential for multiple companies, we can follow the consolidation process. You an follow the detailed steps in this article: Sign in to multiple QuickBooks Online companies with one user ID.

Note that you can add multiple companies to your QBO account: Create or add another company.

If the merging process you're referring to is to move the company data from one QBO to another, we don't have a direct way of doing this. We'll do the following process:

1. Export lists from your current QBO account.
2. Import it to your other QBO account.
3. For the transactions, you can either:
      • Connect your bank account and import/manage the transactions.
      • Manually record the transactions from the account.
4. Cancel the QBO subscription you're not going to use.
