How do i pay for my subscription when there is only a company tab?

Let me share some insights about the users who can access the features in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Only the master admin has access to every feature in the account. You can also check the type of user in QuickBooks Online. If you're the admin, this unexpected behavior you experience is a common result of outdated internet files that need to be cleared from your browser. In this case, it is recommended to use a private browser. 

 

Depending on the browser you're using, refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once signed in, access your account settings again. If it works, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. Doing that helps deletes any necessary contents stored and allows QBO to function more efficiently.
