You're in the right place, @btalignment.

I'll hop in this loop to share details on printing address labels in QuickBooks Online.

Address labels can be created and printed in QuickBooks Online (QBO) when we use the mail merge feature of Microsoft Word. First, let's export the report to Microsoft Excel.

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. Select a message in the upper right Search field and look for Customer Contact List.
  3. Select Customize, then Rows/Columns in the upper right corner.
  4. Change the columns option by unchecking the unnecessary details.
  5. Mark the Full Name and relevant address information, then click Run Report.
  6. Choose the Export icon.
  7. Click the Export to Excel button.

Then, we can make changes to the MS Excel file. I'll show you how:

  1. Open the Excel.
  2. Check that each customer's Full Name and Billing Address are filled out.
  3. Navigate to the File tab and then Save As.

After that, you can use MS Word to create a mail merge template by following this article: How to create a mailing list using the Contact List report.

Optionally, for more info on reports, check out this helpful resource here: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. On this article, there are links for articles that go further in creating other reports.
