How do I print a profits and loss report?

You can print the profit and loss report from the Reports page using the More Actions menu next to the Save As button, @bbchillc. I’d be happy to guide you through the process below.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click on Reports from the left menu.
3. Search for the Profit and Loss report and filter the Report Period.
4. In the More Actions menu, select Print/save as PDF.
5. Modify your preferences in the Report Print Settings and review it.
6. Once you've completed your adjustments, click Print.
