I just want a list of those journal entries already made.  I don't need to make another journal entry at this time.

I’d be glad to help you print a list of your journal entries in QuickBooks Online, rich.

QuickBooks allows you to view and print a report of all the Journal Entries of an account. You can follow the steps below to print multiple journal entries on one report:

  1. Go to the Reports tab,
  2. Enter Journal in the search bar and click the Journal report.
  3. Select the date range from the Report period
  4. Filter section, Select Transaction Type, and equals then choose Journal Entry from the drop-down.
  5. Click the Export/Print icon and choose Print/Save as PDF from the dropdown then click Print.

Alternatively, you can export the report to Excel or CSV format by clicking on the Export to Excel or Export as CSV option.

Additionally, you can memorize a report to save its current customization settings. This way, you'll have easy access to your frequently used reports without customizing them again.
