How do i produce a 5 year p& L and balance sheet. I can only seem to do a 2 year comparison.

If you want to pull up a Profit & Loss and Balance sheet report 5years ago, you’ll have to customize the date.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Reports menu and select Profit and Loss Report.
2. Under the Report period, click the drop-down arrow and select Custom.
3. On the date field, fill in the date range of the report you want to pull up.
4. Then click Run report.

You can also perform the same process when pulling up the balance sheet report.
