How do I recover my dashboard?.

I have the column on the left, nothing more.

Thanks for the Community, @foredeck. The browser holds too much data which can cause problems over time, and this could be the reason why your dashboard is unable to display. 

 

Let's log in to QuickBooks using a private browse, then do the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve a browser-related issue. 

 

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

 

If that works, please access your account with the default browser and clear the cache. It's always a good idea to clear the cache regularly. Otherwise, use a different supported browser if the issue persists.
