Question

How do I report a bug? When going through a sorted invoice list, I get directed to the last page the 3rd time I press next. I have about 23 or 24 pages.

You can report a bug by contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Team. They can create a case under your account and send it to our Product Team for investigation.

 

Here's how to get in touch with them.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select Contact us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

In addition to this, you can try to isolate the issue by performing some troubleshooting steps. Let's start by logging into your account via a private or incognito browser and sort the invoice list from there.

 

If it's working fine, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache and cookies. You can also use a supported, up-to-date browser. It will help you check and isolate if it's a browser-related issue.
