How do I reset a user's credentials? I am the admin, and one of my employees lost his login info.

You can let your user reset their login credentials using the I forgot my user ID or Password upon signing in. Let me guide you through the process.

1. Let your user open the QBO website.
2. On the Sign In page, tap the link for I forgot my user ID or Password.
3. This will take them to the Get help signing in to QuickBooks window.
4. From there, they can key in their phone number or email address in the field box and click Continue.
5. Choose how you want to reset your login information: Get a code emailed to or Recover my account a different way.
6. Click the Continue button.
