How do I review a full P&L on my laptop. When I pull up the report, I can only see one page and it won't scroll down any further?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses browser cache and cookies to perform at its best. Though, too much accumulation of frequently accessed pages can cause unusual behavior with the visited sites. This can be the reason why you're unable to scroll down further when opening the P&L report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

To single out the cause of this unexpected behavior, you may check other websites and see if you're able to scroll down their pages. This will help us determine if the issue is browser-related.

 

On the other hand, you can open QuickBooks using a private window. Here are the different keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, try to open the report again. If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, I'd also suggest using other supported, up-to-date browsers.
