How do I save and print a backup copy of all 2020 entries?

You can only export your data out to XLS, convert it to a QB Desktop file, or having a backup restore app.

In QuickBooks Online, you can export your information to Excel. This helps you save, print, and transfer your data digitally if needed. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
   
3. Choose It's a backup and Continue.
4. Set the date range.
5. Select the reports and lists you want to export.
6. Click Export to Excel.
7. Open the downloaded folder.
8. Pick the Excel file you want to print. 
9. Head to the File menu, then Print.
