How do I send a copy of my QuickBooks data to my tax accountant?

Currently, the option you're trying to access is available in the Advanced version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). In case you're not using QBO Advanced, you can consider inviting your accountant as a user inside the company file so they can manage your data. We'll be happy to write down the steps to get you going:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and then select Manage users.
3. Click the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
4. Enter your accountant’s email address, then select Invite.
