How do I set up new employees to log-in in Spanish?

Currently, the feature to change the language are only available in QuickBooks Online Spain, Mexico, and in some other countries outside the U.S. That being said, the default language for QuickBooks Online U.S. is English.

As a workaround, you can use the browser's language settings instead. Just a heads up that once we change a language within the browser, it'll affect other opened sites. You can also use a different browser to open QuickBooks.

Here's how to do it in Google Chrome:

1. At the upper-right of the opened browser, click the vertically lined dots. 
2. Choose Settings.
3. Click Advanced and then Languages. 
4. From the Language drop-down, click Add languages. 
5. Select the language we'll want to use. Then, click Add. 
6. Click the three vertical dots beside the language.
7. Check the Display Goggle Chrome in this language box. 

Also, I'll take note about this option and  send it to our engineers so we'll have the options to change languages within QuickBooks.
