I can provide you with some tips on moving your QBO data from one account to another.

We are currently unable to transfer all of your data and transactions between accounts. You can start manually transferring your data if you created a new account. To get started, follow these steps:

To export the data:

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Export data.
3. Choose which data you'd like to export.
4. Select the Export to Excel button.

To import the data:

1. Sign in to the new account, then hit the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, select Import Data.
3. Choose the type of data that you'd like to import.
4. Hit Browse to select a file to be imported.
5. Select the Next button until finished.

If you don't want to transfer the files one by one, you can open the trial version and update your billing details. To do so, I recommend contacting our QBO Support Team for assistance with your subscriptions.
