How do I transfer ownership of custom reports to a new user, but not share with all users?

Let's send feedback or product recommendations to help improve the features and your experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Currently, there is no feature to only share a custom report with one other user. You can only share custom reports with your entire accounting team or keep them private for the creator.

With this, I would encourage you to send suggestions or product recommendations. We'll take them as opportunities to improve the various features of our products.

Your valuable feedback will be forwarded and reviewed by our Product Development team and will help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:

1. Go to Business overview, then select Reports, or go to Reports.
2. Select the Custom reports tab.
3. Open a custom report.
4. Click the Give feedback option above.
5. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.

You can also track the feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.
