If you have subscribed QuickBooks Self-employed using Google Play or iTunes, I'd recommend updating your billing information with them. You can contact them if necessary.

If you have subscribe it through a web browser, you can follow the detailed steps in this article: Update your QuickBooks Self-Employed billing and subscription details.

You should be able to update the billing details with ease.
