How do I update my credit card for billing for my subscription. Everytime I log in, it says its about to expire, then I spend hours trying to figure out how to update my

I can help you update your billing and subscription details, samz6300.

 

I'll show you the steps on how to update your credit card info or make other changes to your account. 

  1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. At the upper-right, click the Gear icon. Then, select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Select the pencil icon beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info and ensure that the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Click Confirm card or Save.

After that, you can sign out and sign back in to refresh the updates and verify if you're still prompted that your billing details are about to expire.
