How do I update my phone number on my account, I don't have access to anymore. It keeps asking me to verify who I am and send a text to my phone I no longer use. Please!

Don't worry, stdiziert. I have procedures you may follow to help update your phone number in QuickBooks.

We can use the account recovery form since you no longer have access to the previous phone number. Rest assured that we'll process your request within one business day (M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM PT).

Here's how:

1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
3. Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

1. Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
4. Proceed with Continue, then choose Chat or Callback.

You might also want to consider changing your QuickBooks Community username as it appears to contain your company ID, which may compromise your privacy and security.
