How do I upgrade to quickbooks advanced if I signed up via apple ios?

Since we're unable to change the billing from Apple to QuickBooks manually, we need the assistance of our customer support team to pull up your account information securely and perform this task on your behalf. Before doing so, your subscription under Apple needs to be active.

1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Describe your concern and select Continue.
