Hi there, @signandprint.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'll be more than happy to guide you and share some insights.

Our emails will always come from an email address with the domain name @intuit.com. A few examples include quickbooks.intuit.comintuit@eq.intuit.com, and click.notifications.intuit.com. To verify if it's the legit Intuit service email address, refer to this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

If the email that you've received is not included in the option, I encourage you not to open or click them. I recommend sending a report about it.

@Clark_B   Our emails will always come from an email address with the domain name @intuit.com. A few examples include quickbooks.intuit.com[email address removed], and click.notifications.intuit.com

SO DO THE SCAM/ FRAUDULENT EMAILS!!!  STOP telling customers different.  It's called Phishing!  Read up on it.

@signandprint   The email you have received is fake.  It is fraudulent.  I promise.

The easiest way to tell is that it's SO far from your needing to renew anything.

Be VERY careful!!  I have seen and heard of multiple people being scammed by actual QB employees.
