How do services get removed or added to quickbooks?

To subscribe, approximately $25 is charged monthly, how does some services not needed or used get removed in order to decrease the monthly charge?

They only offer package by plans, not a la carte. Optionally, you can purchase add-ons (eg Payroll, Time Tracker).
