How do we get past a pay wall on the app? Our user trying to use QB on her phone is getting messages that she's not a business and has to pay, or a free trial is ending.

Good day to you, @conneyfp.

 

You'll want to subscribe to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account so you and your user can still access it. However, if you still have remaining days with your trial account, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

This will delete all the cache app data and downloads the latest updates. Once you're trial ends, you can follow these steps on how to subscribe to your account.

 

  1. Log in to your account using a regular web browser.
  2. Go to the Gear icon
  3. Select Account and Settings
  4. Click Billing & Subscription section.
  5. Then select Subscribe
