Question

How do we get these idiots at Intuit to stop with the incessant in-appt adds and upgrade notices? I am not, and never will be interested in them.

Hey there, contrabanddog.

I completely understand where you’re coming from. The ads are designed to give easy access to features and products some customers may want to utilize for their business.

Advertising disseminates useful information about the relative merits and unique features of the products in terms of quality utility price, durability, and convenience. Thus, it guides and helps us to make the right purchase decision.

If you're not interested in any of those notices, we can disregard the ads by clicking the or No, thanks button. This will prevent the pop-ups from showing up again.

For now, I'd suggest submitting feedback within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This way, it goes to our product developers to help improve your experience while using the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right and select Feedback under Profile.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. You can also attach a screenshot or file to combine them all.
  3. Click Next.
  4. You'll be provided a list of suggested help articles related to your comments. You can read through them or choose Skip and send message.
  5. Select the appropriate category from the drop-down menu.
  6. Tap Send message.

Additionally, we can visit the following write-up: Help Articles for QuickBooks Online. It contains links on how to manage your company income as well as resources about account-related concerns.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with, contrabanddog. I want to make sure I've got you covered. Have a nice day!
