How do you cancel your subscription

I can show you how to cancel your subscription, scott-w-savage.

You have to log in as Master or Company Administrator to cancel your payroll subscription directly through the settings of your QuickBooks account.
 
Here's how:
 

1. In your QBO company, go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click Billing & Subscription.
4. Select Cancel and click Continue to cancel.
5. Complete the short survey.
6. Select Cancel Payroll Service.

However, if you've purchased your subscription from iTunes or Google Play, follow the steps to cancel subscription purchased from app store.

You can still access your data as read-only files and this will also be stored in QuickBooks within a year upon the date of cancellation. I recommend having hard copies of your files for your documentation purposes.
