How do you change a phone number for verification sign-in?

I'd be glad to share how you can update the phone number, Ann.

You can update your phone number by signing in to the Intuit Account Manager using your sign-in info for QuickBooks. From there, you can also update your login credentials. Let me guide you on how to do that: 

1. Log in to your QBO account and select the profile icon next to the Gear icon. 
2. Click Manage your Intuit Account and to the Sign in & security tab.
3. Update the Phone number and other necessary details.
4. After updating the details, make sure you save the changes.

However, if you no longer have access to your number, you can send a request to our Account Protection Team to update your phone number and recover your account. Take note that we'll need a clear photo or scan of your driver's license, passport, or any government-issued ID for verification purposes.

In addition, you don't have to include or show your Social Security number in any document you upload to protect your privacy. When you're ready, just go to this link to fill out the form. 

Once submitted, we'll take care of your request. You'll also receive an email from us with the next steps.
