When changing your accountant in your QuickBooks Online, you’ll first have to delete your old accountant’s information.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Manage Users.
2. Find the accountant you want to remove.
3. On the bottom right of that field, click Delete.
4. From the Action drop-down menu, select Delete.
5. Select Delete to confirm.

Then, you can now add a new accountant. I suggest following these steps:

1. From the Gear icon, select Manage Users.
2. Under the Accounting Firms tab, click Invite Accountant.
3. Enter the Accountant's email address.
4. You can also enter the other necessary details.
5. Click Next then Finish.

After that, your newly added accountant will receive an email invite. Please inform them to accept the invitation to access your books.
