Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community, @walton1. Not having the option to reset your password in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is quite unusual. Don't worry, I've got the necessary fixes to help you get around the issue.

In some cases, unexpected behaviors or missing features are caused by stored cached and site data in a browser. That said, I recommend logging into your QBO account using a private browser to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.

Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts we can utilize:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

If it works, you may go back to your regular browser and perform clearing cache and cookies to access QBO with a fresh start.

Once finished, we can already reset or change your username and password. Please note that your QBO account is connected to all of your Intuit products. Changing your login credentials will also apply to them, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Mint.

If you're unable to sign in to QBO, I've got an article that provides detailed step-by-step solutions which help you fix the error messages: Fix common sign-in errors in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a reply below if you've got additional questions about changing your login credentials. The Community is always here to lend you a helping hand. Have a great day!
