How do you change while online from one company qb account to another company qb account.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), when you switch from one business to another, the business you chose becomes online or active, while the business you switched from becomes inactive/offline.

To switch from one company to another, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Switch Company under Profile.
3. Select the company you'll want to switch to.

The company you selected will be now active.

Another option, use a primary browser and an incognito/private browser to run 2 separate QBO accounts at the same time.
