I am waiting on a deposit for a cc payment they took and no one will help.

If your new QuickBooks Payments users take longer to process since we have to set everything up. Deposit times vary depending on the type of payment you're making and the product you're using

If you want to check the status of deposits and specific customer payments, you can follow the steps below.

You may monitor the status of processed payments via QuickBooks Online if you process payments there. Go to the Merchant Service Center for all other products.

For QuickBooks Online, here's how:
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Get paid & pay.
  3. Select the Deposits.
  4. Then click the bank deposit you want to review.

If you want to file a complaint and report bad customer service. I recommend reaching out to our customer support to submit a formal complaint. This way, they can review it and forward your feedback to the Customer Service Department.
