How do you import your accountant’s changes on a MacBook?

Glad to see you in the Community, @Wildfire Outdoors.

 

When your accountant sends you back the company file, you can go to the File menu to open it. This will convert the file for Desktop Mac.

 

Here's how to open the file:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, choose File and select Open Company.
  2. Navigate to the .qbb file your accountant sent, and click Open.
  3. Click OK when asked if you want to restore a QuickBooks file.
  4. Enter a name for the restored file, and click Save.
