Good to see you here in the Community, @pat18. I can share some insight about setting the number of rows to default in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I understand how saving the default number of rows on the customer's page will be more convenient for you while working with QuickBooks.

At this time, the option to set a default number of rows on the customers and vendors page is unavailable in QBO. For now, I'd recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestions, then select Next.

You can also visit this resource for more details: How do I submit feedback?

In addition, you can check out this reference for your future tasks if you want to track specific aspects of your business: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other concerns with managing your sales transactions in QBO, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm just a post away to help. Have a great day!
