If you're referring to activities/history for your clients, you can track your Audit log. It is used to view who made changes to your books and what they did. It tracks all the actions made to settings as well as edits to customers, vendors, and employees. From here, you'll see the date when the change happened, the name of the user, the type, the name of any customer, or vendor related to the change, and the original transaction date and amount.
