How do you view your accounts and make a equity draw using the QuickBooks Online app?

Left hand banner Accounting>Chart of Accounts. Or from the gear icon Lists>All Lists>Chart of Accounts.

To record draw you "write" a check or record an Expense from banking to Owner/Member Draw  equity account.

If you do not have such an account you can add it new during or before the transaction
