How grant my CPA access to my account?

I can help you give access to your accountant as a user. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Gear Icon, then select Manage Users.
3. Click the Accounting firms section.
4. Enter your accountant's Email address then click Invite next to it.
5. Choose the Invite button at the left portion.
6. Input your Accountant's contact info then click Save.
7. Once done, your accountant will receive an email with a link for signing in to your company.

Your accountant's status on the Manage Users page is "Invited." After accepting the invitation, their status changes to "Active."
