Hello, Eric. I'll guide you through connecting your Axos business accounts using your new login in QuickBooks Online.

Connecting your Axos business account to QuickBooks with the new login information in QuickBooks Online (QBO) can be done through the bank feeds feature. Here's how you can go about it:

  1. Log in to your QBO account and navigate to the Bank transactions tab.
  2. Click on the Link account button. Then, search for Axos in the list of available banks.
  3. Select Axos from the list and follow the prompts to enter your new login information for your Axos business account.
  4. Authenticate your account by providing any additional information or answering security questions if prompted.
  5. Once your account is authenticated, QBO will begin syncing your transactions from Axos into your banking feeds.
  6. Review and categorize your transactions in the banking feeds to ensure they are properly recorded in QBO.

However, if you have an existing account connection in QuickBooks and want to update the new login information, you can edit it and change the data. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the existing bank account and click the pencil icon.
  3. Choose  Edit sign-in info.
  4. Enter your credentials, and from there, you can enter your new login details.
  5. Click Done once finished.
