How long are quickbooks online files saved?

The duration of your files will depend on the status of your subscription. You can keep your files for as long as you want in your account if you maintain an active subscription.

The only time your data gets deleted in a specific period is if you have a canceled or inactive subscription. You'll have read-only access to the QuickBooks Online data for one year after the cancellation only.

Once exceeded, QuickBooks will delete your data automatically. To keep them intact for three years, ensure your subscription remains active all the time.
