Question

How long before my Quick Books Capital Loan and repayment starts to report to DUNS?

Loan repayment as already started. Nothing has updated on my DUNS credit profile. It has been a month since I received the loan. Loan repayment started the week after acceptance of loan docs.

Welcome to the Community space, @dominique-trucki.

Intuit will report loan payments through automatic debits based on the terms of your loan agreement. Since the loan - repayment is already started it should be reported to Dun & Bradstreet and Experian’s Small Business Credit Share (SBCS).

That said, I'd highly suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can check why the loan is not yet reported to DUN.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help (?).
  3. Select Assistant and Type Talk to Human.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

For more details, see this article: QuickBooks Online Support. It also contains our support hours to ensure we assist you on time.
