How long does it take for a Master Admin change request to be processed?

We are in dire need of a Quickbooks Online Account to have a Master Admin change approved so we can get acccess to our company's books.  It has been weeks since I uploaded the form and was given a Case number.  I did speak with someone at Quickbooks ago and he could see the items I uploaded so they do have them.  He said we would just have to wait but the account has been closed since March of 2023 so time is running out because I'm told after 1 year we won't be able to access the account any longer.  No one at Quickbooks seems to know how long it takes and from some reviews I've read it takes forever.  Is anyone who works for Quickbooks on here that can help expedite this?  Thank you!

    I can sense the urgency of your concern about the master admin request of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, apex. I'd also do the same follow-ups to ensure that my requests are being taken care of before my account gets closed.
