How long should it take to copy data from one account to another account?

My company just got a new subscription to QuickBooks and I started to migration of our old account to the new one. I initialized the copying 48 hours ago and I still haven't received an email confirming the transfer. My new account is still empty.

Does it normally take this long? Should I copy the data again?
